Welcome to the Doomy Official Website!! -

About Me - Hello, I am a Doom and Quake (plus, a bunch of other games) fanatic and first started playing Doom in August of 2022. I enjoy making WADs and MIDIs although I haven’t released anything publicly as of writing this. I am really good at Doom deathmatch (unless I just play on servers with noobs) and my favorite weapon is the SSG, although I’m pretty good with the Plasma Gun. I go by quite a few aliases online, which include: KittyBeast99 (for Xbox), pain elemental (for Steam, Doomworld, and Youtube), doomy (for Youtube second channel), yeeha/y33ha (for random games and Reddit), n__by (for Minecraft), and coolguypog (for Itch.io). If you see me around on any of these things, make sure to say hi!

Voyage through Hell (WIP)

Voyage through Hell will be a difficult and slaughter-like map with a variety of areas and demons. VTH is planned to be about 10 maps long in total (with the first release probably being 3-5 maps long), with more being added later if it is perceived well.

UPDATE AS OF JAN. 2025: Hello, and sorry this project has been taking exceptionally long to finish with progress continuing to be slow. Unfortunately, most of the maps in the WAD that are finished I would not consider to be in a releasable state (difficulty between levels and arenas varies heavily, mostly very linear gameplay, lack of decoration or interesting map geometry, etc.) so I might have to rework or even completely remake the first two maps. If any major changes are made to the WAD, or if I completely scrap it in favor of another project, I will try to remember to update the website as well as maybe release the old versions of the reworked maps for archiving’s sake.

Story: Still thinking of one… :|

Completion: 33%; Predicted Release Date: TBD

MAP01-MAP03 finished

UAC Reunion will be a linear, winter-themed map with lots of projectile-based enemies and possibly parkour.

Story: You are a retired UAC marine that works for a snow-removal service. One day when you are clearing snow on mountain roads, your truck breaks down, so you continue on foot, only to find a remote UAC research center near the top of the mountain. Upon closer inspection, you discover the place was abandoned after demons had made their way through the experimental portals in the station. Armed with only the shotgun of a dead marine and recalling what you were taught in your training, you press on into the base.

Completion: 0%; Predicted Release Date: Not Being Worked On

UAC Reunion (WIP)

2Castle (WIP)

A spin on the classic CTF map 2Fort for Quake 3 Arena. This map will likely include the following (because it’s WIP): A medieval castle theme (obviously), 2 castles for each team with 2 flags each, a large bridge separating the castles, an underwater section under the bridge with passages to sneak into each base, smaller bridges high above the water, bot support, and probably a lot more. I hope that this map will be able to support all skill levels, play styles, and give weapons fairly.

Completion: 15%; Predicted Release Date: Not Being Worked On

Skatepark for Kickflip Quake

A skatepark made for Kickflip Quake, lots of grinds and other fun things. This is also my first ever Quake map that I’ve decided to publish, so don’t judge the strange map geometry or texture choices. I might add some more stuff in the future but don’t count on it.

Things I’m Doing:

Recently, I’ve started getting into the STALKER franchise and I am currently playing the first game STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl. I also host a Minecraft server for me and close to 10 other friends, which takes up a lot of my time.

Games I’m Playing:

Minecraft: A classic! Been playing since 2014(?). No more explanation needed.

Quake: I’ve had all the games for a while now, and I haven’t really appreciated Quake 1 much. Quake is a really, really good game. Usually I would give up around The Necropolis because I hate dealing with zombies (actually, I’m just afraid I won’t actually gib them and they’ll sneak up behind me), but one day, I actually decided to play through the first episode, and it was really, really, really good. I often call Quake the most underrated but most important game of all time, because of it’s undeniable influence on 3D and FPS games.

PAYDAY 2: Probably my most favorite game of all-time. Unbelievable amounts of content.

Killing Floor 1/2: Both of these games have their pros and cons, but overall they are both very fun.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2: If you say any other CoD is better in terms of campaign, multiplayer, or zombies, you are 100% wrong. Fight me.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2023): The multiplayer is very fun. Everything else? Not so much…

TF2: Again, a classic. I only started really playing mid-2023, so I really wasn’t a seasoned player by any means and I kinda sucked, but I’m hoping if I play more often, I can begin to stand up to you elite turbo-nerds. Also, I have been trying to get into TFC, but nobody’s ever playing when I’m on.

Doom (2016): Pretty cool game. Final boss was underwhelming though. Also the multiplayer and snap-map modes are decently fun.

Counter-Strike: Source: Honestly, CS:S has to be my favorite Counter-Strike game. It doesn’t have as many weebs or weirdos as CS2. I could definitely find myself playing the original, but CS:S is just so much cleaner and a lot more people play it than the original game.

Half-Life 2: No explanation needed.

STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl: Imagine a game like Fallout 3 except it was made by Ukrainians and took place in Chernobyl, and you have S:SoC. Although Fallout 3 (my favorite Fallout game) has a considerably better atmosphere and characters, S:SoC is mechanically a much more fun game. Also, I wouldn’t be surprised if it is one of the first games ever to feature leaning, which makes combat a whole lot more fun.

Quake 3 Arena: This one’s pretty special to me. It was pretty much my first introduction to deathmatch games and FPS games in general (besides Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare). Amazing game. Too bad the community’s sort of dead.

Deep Rock Galactic: Got this game because some friends who play it a lot on Xbox wanted me to. No regrets for buying this $30 game (on the Microsoft store, of course). Absolutely filled to brim with content, and GOOD content by the way! Rock and stone!
